Our Lady of Fatima Rosary: A Rosary Made for Her

I was gifted a rosary from a dear friend. I am sharing the letter that she wrote in accompaniment. – Caryn MacGrandle

“I am still hoping to discover more about the original people from the area of Fatima, Portugal, and the artifacts that were found there.  It might give me some insights into who, what, and how She Who Is All Things was worshipped and or images of Her, maybe in the form of animals like the Snakebird Goddesses that  Marija Gimbutas found in Old Europe .

The beads are set up as a traditional Catholic rosary.  The Way of the Rose book and website have good references about prayer beads and prayers used in different cultures.  There are 54 beads in the main part 5 sets 10 beads with four hamsa spacer beads and can be used as a mala/japamala.

Our Lady of Fatima appeared to three children in the early 1900’s and her three secrets are good to read with our Witch and Goddess Eyes.

I imagine Our Lady of Fatima has more ancient roots connected to the indigenous people originally located in the area now called Fatima, Portugal  a pre-Christian local Goddess. I am not sure who She is yet, but I am still looking for Her name.

With all the challenges going on in the world I assembled, Nazar Beads (amulet) , Hamsa / Hand of Fatima beads and charms. These are known protections from the Evil Eye.   The rosary centerpiece is a Fatima Relic stamped in Rome, Italy with soil from the Fatima Shrine.

I met Fr. Seán ÓLaoire, PhD at the Gnostic Sanctuary with Rosamonde Miller.  The two of them often did a Xmas service together.  Here is a link to his website.   He is quite the rogue priest who is very eclectic and has a fabulous Irish accent.  December 2024 Fr. Sean has dedicated his homilies to the Rosary and Mary.  Here are links to the first three: One Two Three

Let me know what prayers/chants/inspirations are sparked with the Rosary for you.

May you be protected always, Caryn.  Love,  Letecia

PS I have attached a small chain with lobster clasps on both ends three beads up in the second decade (group of 10 beads). Via a video call or Zoom I can walk you through how to use the chain to fashion the rosary into a necklace where the Fatima Relic is over your heart and the Hamsa/Hand of Fatima is over your solar plexus.”
