Why do I sit in Sacred Circle?
In the midst of death, there is life.
Wow. I needed that.
Thank you IAOMAI Global for providing the space for an amazing Circle last weekend
and asking me to hold the rim.
I have been hosting Circles a dozen years.
Long enough to know that a Circle is a living, breathing entity on its own.
Weaving its way through the Chaos of Life
More than the sum of its parts.
When you hold the rim,
You hold Gale forced winds
The rain, the thunder, the lightning
You hold the rim
So that silence and peace can find their way
So that everyone is given the chance to contribute
That no one takes more than their fair share of time or space
Like a cauldron, you are the iron
Allowing the ingredients to alchemize into
Magic.
And that is what I found last weekend.
Thank you.
I really needed that.
And I took a little peace of everyone who sat in that Circle
Home with me in my heart.
