The divine feminine app seeks to connect us in our communities in manners that encourage the 'feminine side of God' providing balance to the world. Mother God demands no specific religion and no specific rules. When we gather with respect, love, compassion and open-hearts, She is there. The divine feminine app provides inspiration, education and connection not only locally but across the world.
I feel this down to the marrow of my bones. The divine feminine app has over 22,000 women, organizations, events, circles, retreats and resources listed in it. And the large majority of them, you and I, have been called to this work. We have been doing this years, decades. Feeling Ancient Mother whispering in our ears. Putting it down. Picking it up. Stumbling, learning, loving, running, jumping, laughing, rolling down hills, dancing wildly, crying, leaning on our sisters’ shoulders, yelling madly. Wild.We have learned. We have grown. And we are ready. If you put your ear to the ground, you will hear them coming.Make the container strong.

When I interact with the public/culture at large, I see how much they need all of this. Consciously. Unconsciously. They need this. I dropped my Amazon Prime membership. Now I go directly to the source and purchase. I do not shop at Target nor Walmart. Big box corporations run by billionaires who until now feel as if they can do anything. Who do not take care of the people that work for them. But together we have power you and I. Black Friday weekend. I picked up my Tofurkey from Kroger instead of Walmart. I run into 5 Below to grab a lantern cover that I needed for a burnt out trailer that I am restoring. I see a pink sparkly bling cell phone stand and a steering wheel cover for my newly driving 16 year old. I do not care for Christmas, but I care for my daughter, so I pick it up and walk to the cash register. I stand there a moment and then return them.I do not need them.
Instead support Maraya a 24 year old Afro indigenous local woman who Maria Suarez Toro 77 year old feminist Lover of the Ocean that I met at the last ASWM gathering in Arizona is ready to pass her torch to. Maraya has a scholarship in Underwater Archaeology waiting for her in Spain. But first she must get there. I send the $20 to Maraya instead.
I am picking up my 13 year old and her friend from the movies. I look in the backseat, and my daughter is sitting on my copy of Gather: a Celebration of Women’s Circles book by Womancraft Publishing. ‘Oh, I will read that on the plane,’ I say. ‘Give that to me.’ Order

I am traveling this weekend to a powerful gathering. I get on a preparation call before the gathering, and when I look around at the other 100 plus faces, I see Power. Not power over but Power Within.125 women. Personally invited. I am beyond honored to sit amongst them. If you know me, you have heard me speak repeatedly about ALisa Starkweather. From the beginning, I have been drawn to her work. When I started the divine feminine app over a decade ago, I kept hearing of her and her work, and I knew I needed to learn more. I moved mountains and went to one of her Daughters of the Earth gatherings. It was paradigm life changing. And it was Colorful. Still to this day, I see way too many white faces in Circles and this work. But not there. ALisa began the Gathering saying, ‘We do not balance the masculine and the feminine without first giving all cultures a seat at the table.’ Reach out to your Brown and Black Sisters. Don’t just invite them, give them a ride there. This has stuck with me the past decade. The power of the seeds we plant. Not lying that I had to do some work as I most certainly didn’t feel privileged at that time, but I opened my heart and listened and saw that every single thing that I have been handed in this lifetime would have been so much harder in a Black skin or a Brown skin. I began to slowly see the White privilege so deeply engrained in our culture. ALisa asks me and Lucy Pearce for Coco Oya Cienna-Rey’s email. Later that day, I see on Facebook that after a four hour talk, Coco is coming from her home in England to the event in Massachusetts! I open my Gather book and read Coco’s chapter.
“As wise women, we came to the earth at this time for a reason. To highlight the imbalances in the world. To bring order to chaos. To bring union to separation.” –Coco Oya Cienna-Rey
Forget Cyber Monday, support Coco coming to the US for this event. Make your actions matter.
Can you imagine the world we are creating when one by one we stop buying cheap plastic pink glittery bling and instead support the work of women such as Maraya and Coco?
