“I’ve been hosting women’s circles every two weeks. They’re magic. Really. It’s amazing how when you set aside your roles and responsibilities for an hour or two in order to pause, connect, meditate, breathe, learn to speak your unique truths, sing and honor beauty, how very much impact this can have on the rest of your life.” From a blog post I did a decade ago, Caryn MacGrandle
Our popular culture has things upside down with its emphasis on gifts, excess and ‘busyness’. Relationships are where it’s at, and the most important relationship you have is with yourself.
Wishing you Peace this season. The building block for everything else.
Deep down in the belly of the night
dream deep winter dreams
and lie safe in your Grandmother’s arms,
still as a seed… still as a seed

I love how this post emphasizes the importance of slowing down to honor ourselves and others. The idea of women’s circles as a space for speaking our truths and nurturing the divine feminine feels so powerful. It’s a beautiful reminder to step away from the noise and reconnect with what truly matters.
Thank you Nano and yes!!
